Thumbs Up yucca root dosage
Can I take 1/4 teaspoon of yucca root will I still be getting a lot of saponins or do I have to take 1/2 teaspoon and for someone who is copper toxic is molybdenum dosage of 2000 mg a safe dosage thanks

I think that your dose of molybdenum is way too high, that mineral is taken rather in mcg, I've seen recommendations from Ted from Bangkok on Earth clinic site and he advises taking 25 mg daily for a week, and then stopping for good, but I personally think that's really unsafe since it can deplete your copper really quickly in that amounts.

I'm sure James can provide you with more detail on the subject.

As for yucca, that's interesting question I'd like to add one more, so James, I read in one of your posts on curezone that a little yucca root, aside from its anti- inflammatory usage, can be taken to aid in absorption of herbs, minerals etc. How much is it then for that particular purpose, 1/2 tsp, 1/4 tsp, or maybe less?
