hi james parasites in herbs
Im curious should i be concern I get my herbs from starwest botanicals I just heard on some sites parasites can be in herbs Im just curious thats all Im not trying to believe everything I hear on the internet

No, that is not true. There are some herbs such as watercress that can become contaminated with parasites. But once dried and allowed to sit for a few weeks any parasites would die off without having a host.

Same reason when raising farm animals the animals can be rotated in fields to allow the parasites in infected fields to die off before animals are rotated back in to those fields. Without a host the parasites quickly die.
