Adult ADD
What is recommended for someone who struggles with a learning disability and ADD? Troubles reading, concentration, learning new things, carrying a coherent thought process, etc.
Adderall is being recommended and the side effects are scary.

We are talking about an adult. Not a child.

My first choice would be the herb periwinkle (Vinca minor) to increase brain ATP levels. Take it with something that retains moisture such as seaweeds or yucca root powder to help prevent constipation by the periwinkle since it dries the intestines.

Next would be EPA/DHA, which is a fish oil concentrate.

Lecithin granules are also great for proper brain function.

A few other herbs that really help with the nervous system including the brain are juniper berry, rosemary and gotu kola.
