Treating halitosis naturally
There are a number of reasons that can lead to halitosis including mouth or sinus infections, gut problems, dry mouth and diet. If it is gut issues then the pro and prebotics will help.

Though one of the most effective things for chronic halitosis is simply sucking on zinc lozenges or tablets.

Chewing on gum can also help by helping to promote more saliva. The best gums for this are the sugar alcohol gums such as xylitol or sorbitol gums.

Brushing the teeth with more natural, herbal toothpastes can help as many of the herbs used kill bacteria that can promote halitosis.

And finally, using a tongue scraper several times a day will help prevent bacterial overgrowth on the tongue.
