Foot Neuropathy from Chemo
I have a friend at work who has asked me many times for suggestions in dealing with her husband's foot neuropathy resulting from his chemo treatments. Can you please give me some suggestions to pass along to them. I would really appreciate it.

Lecithin granules and sublingual (under the tongue) B12 as methylcobalamin, not cyanocobalamin. Recommended dose of lecithin granules is 1 tablespoon 3 times daily with meals.

5000mcg sublingual B12 daily.

A source of essential fatty acids such as fish oil or better yet EPA/DHA would also help.

All of these help to rebuild the myelin that has been broken down.

Myelin does regenerate although slowly.
