What do you think about chromium chloride, James?

Is it totally useless or dangerous in any way or is it just not as good as chromium picolinate?

Chromium picolinate is considerably safer than chromium chloride. But chromium polynicotinate is my first choice. Polynicotinate is 300 times more effective than chromium picolinate.
